Turning a Client-Supplied Design into a Working Platform

Vivid-Pix develops patented software and solutions that help individuals, families, libraries, museums, historical societies, and other organizations restore and preserve photographs, documents, and personal stories.

Working from the visual design and creative direction provided by Vivid-Pix, we developed and launched the current WordPress and WooCommerce platform in March 2021. Our role focused on implementation, eCommerce architecture, software licensing, customer workflows, custom development, and the ongoing technical growth of the website.

Software Sales, Licensing and Customer Access

The platform includes custom workflows for selling downloadable software, offering free trials, issuing and managing software licenses, and giving customers access to their products through the WordPress account area.

WooCommerce purchases connect with Vivid-Pix’s licensing systems so customers can retrieve downloads, review their software, and manage activations without requiring a separate customer portal. Administrative tools also help the Vivid-Pix team support customers and manage licenses directly from WordPress.

A Platform Built to Keep Evolving

As Vivid-Pix has introduced new software, hardware bundles, institutional programs, educational resources, and promotional partnerships, the website has expanded to support each initiative. This has included custom product workflows, targeted landing pages, marketing integrations, customer communications, and ongoing WooCommerce development.

The result is a business-critical platform that supports much more than individual transactions. It connects product discovery, trials, purchasing, software access, customer support, education, and ongoing marketing within one WordPress ecosystem.
