One Site for Every Way to Play
Split Oak Ax-Scape & Games is a St. Cloud, Florida entertainment venue offering axe throwing, escape rooms, darts, trivia, private events, and group experiences. With several distinct activities under one roof, the website needed to make it easy for visitors to understand their options and quickly move from discovery to booking.
Duck Diver designed and developed the WordPress site from the ground up, creating the visual direction, content structure, reusable page layouts, and booking pathways around Split Oak’s mix of attractions. The finished site gives each activity room to stand on its own while keeping the overall experience consistent across the business.
Booking, Promotions, and Content Built Around the Business
The site goes beyond static marketing pages. Booking calls to action are integrated with Xola so visitors can move directly from activity and event content into the appropriate reservation experience, while reusable WordPress content keeps the site’s pages easier to maintain as offerings change.
A custom Deals system gives Split Oak a structured way to publish promotions with offer names, promo codes, dates, and details. Additional integrations support frequently changing venue content without requiring the business to rebuild page layouts each time something changes.
A Platform Built to Grow With the Venue
The project includes dedicated content for axe throwing, escape rooms, darts, private events, birthday parties, team building, trivia, FAQs, and individual escape room experiences. Reusable Gutenberg patterns and structured content make it practical to expand those sections as Split Oak adds promotions, activities, and events.
The result is a single WordPress platform that presents the full venue clearly, supports direct online booking, and gives Split Oak a flexible foundation for its ongoing local marketing and day-to-day website updates.
